By using VyoraShare, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Service

VyoraShare provides tools for pairing supported devices and transferring user-selected files over a compatible local network. Availability and performance depend on devices, operating systems, storage, network conditions and permissions.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the files you choose to send or receive and for ensuring that you have the right to transfer them. Do not use VyoraShare to transfer unlawful, infringing, malicious or unauthorized content.

3. Device pairing

Only pair with devices you recognize and trust. Pairing codes and QR codes should be treated as temporary connection information and should not be intentionally shared with unknown parties.

4. APK and executable files

If a build allows transfer of APK or other executable files, VyoraShare only facilitates the user-initiated transfer. Installation, permissions and security decisions are handled by Android and remain the user's responsibility. VyoraShare does not silently install applications.

5. Advertising

The mobile app may contain advertising. Ad availability, content and third-party services may vary by region, device and network conditions.

6. No guarantee of uninterrupted transfer

Transfers can be interrupted by network loss, device sleep, operating-system restrictions, storage limitations or other conditions. Keep important files backed up and verify received files when necessary.

7. Intellectual property

VyoraShare branding, interface materials and original app content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant ownership of VyoraShare intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every device, network, file type or transfer will work without interruption or error.

9. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VyoraShare and its operators are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
